With 20 years each in the fitness industry, they've learned what clients want and need in order for them to succeed in reaching their health and fitness goals. XPress Training is the result!
XPress incorporates everything you need in every action packed session; strength training, cardio intervals, flexibility moves and essential nutritional guidance. It's a mega fast workout, held 4 days each week.
