Is a comprehensive workout that utilizes all training intensity, and combines intervals and maximum effort with limited recovery. It will peak your heart rates and produce high-calorie burns. 60%-98% of maximum heart rate. (30 min class). will peak your Heartrate and produce a high-caloric burn.
In our Cycle Krank classes, you’ll experience the fusion of both cycling and kranking in one class. Bike and krank in short, but intense, intervals to burn extra calories.
