This is a female-empowering program where over a period of 8 weeks you’ll meet as a group with a Certified Personal Trainer in Idaho Falls 2 times per week. You’ll follow the Beyond Diets® Program which utilizes the #1 Ranked, Dash Diet® System. So, not only will you learn how to exercise effectively and efficiently, you’ll learn how to eat right in a sustainable way that will last you a lifetime. This small group personal training program is taught in a group setting of up to 8 women all motivated to lose weight just like you.

The first 5 weeks of the program are classroom and workout-based. You’ll learn new skills in the classroom to help track calories, maximize nutrients, create healthy habits, and achieve your goals.
Workout With a Trainer
Working out with a trainer is the best! With a trainer at your side, you’ll learn new exercises and how to perfect your form. Working with a personal trainer helps you get the most out of your workout. They’ll push you and encourage you throughout the workout and help you keep track of progress. You’ll also receive a MYZONE Switch heart-rate transmitter so you can track your workout intensity. It’s a total win-win.
