You know what that means right? Lots of motivation and such a wide variety of class styles that you’ll never have a boring workout again! Whether you’re looking for something bouncy and fun, a seriously sweaty HIIT workout or you want to focus on your core and feel the burn, we’ve got the class for you!

Fitness Foundry

Your workouts will sizzle this Summer in our new outdoor fitness area, the Fitness Foundry. It's like muscle beach, only better!

This one-of-a-kind, member only, outdoor workout area features power rack cages, dumbbells, kettlebells, tire flip, battle ropes, turf track, push/pull “TANK”, barbells, Olympic bars, bumper plates, landmine, and more. Perfect for cross-training workouts, this area is meant to provide you with a more intense workout experience. There are 3 different programs/classes that will be held in the foundry on a regular basis, which is Cross Training 45, Functional Fitness, and XPress Training.

Open 6am-10pm Mon-Sat and 11am-7pm Sunday. A few hours are reserved for PT. See Fitness Foundry hours on the class schedule or on the sign on the Foundry entrance for details.

Group Fitness Classes

Enjoy everything from Coach by Color indoor cycling, HITT classes like Surge Fit and Kick-n-Core, yoga, Zumba, aquatic classes, Step class, Cardio Fuse, High Fitness, Zumba Gold, Stroller Strong, and even cross-training classes like CT45 and Functional Fitness. All this and more is included with your club membership. Also, coming in Feb. 2024 we’re bringing you BodyPump by Les Mills! We’re super excited to be adding this amazing class to the schedule!

Group exercise classes offer a variety of benefits you might miss out on if you choose to work out on your own. Some of the benefits of group exercise include exposure to a social and fun environment, a safe and effectively designed workout, a consistent exercise schedule, an accountability factor for participating in exercise, and a workout that requires no prior exercise knowledge or experience. We also offer classes designed specifically for youth, seniors, or those new to exercise.

Yoga is for everyBODY! On a physical level, yoga helps improve flexibility, strength, balance, endurance, and more. On a psychological level, yoga classes can help you cultivate mindfulness as you shift your awareness to the sensations, thoughts, and emotions that accompany a given pose or exercise. Club Apple offers a wide variety of yoga classes for everyone from the beginner to the most practiced yogi.

Aquatic Fitness Classes

Exercise in the water is easy on your joints; great resistance for your muscles plus a challenging cardiovascular workout. A good hard workout doesn’t have to be hard on you. With three of the best pools in Idaho Falls, there is plenty of space for water aerobics classes, swimming lessons and lap swimming as well.

Club Apple features an indoor lap/fitness pool (83-85 degrees), an indoor therapy pool (93 degrees) and our outdoor pool is warm (80-85 degrees in the Spring/Summer/Fall).

Stroller Strong

Stroller Strong is a class designed for new moms and dads or for anyone wanting a challenging, outdoor workout! Bring your baby and stroller and come get in some cardio and weight work every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:30am in the great outdoors. This class is included with your membership and non-members can join for a $15/class fee ($12.50 if you are accompanied by a Club Member).

You do not have to have a stroller, or a baby in order to attend this class. It’s an all-around great outdoor workout where we travel to several local parks.
