Don’t Lose Your Membership
Attention seniors on Blue Cross (Silver&Fit) or United Healthcare (Renew Active); if you have not called your Insurance Company to get your updated fitness identification number for 2026, please do so right away. Your Club Apple Membership is in jeopardy. Accounts without an updated fitness ID have begun being terminated and we don't want you to lose your access to the Club.
If you are a Blue Cross client you can call 1-877-427-4788 to obtain your new ID#.
If you are a United Healthcare client, please contact your Insurance Agent directly.
We need ALL current Blue Cross and United Healthcare insurance members who have NOT provided us with a Fitness ID# for 2026, to contact Katie Long and provide her with your Fitness ID# for 2026 as soon as possible.
