What are Aquatic Aerobics?
An aerobic class in the pool is what you’d expect: a full-on workout. Using kick boards, water dumbbells, and other pieces of equipment, you’ll build strength and endurance in the pool.
We offer variety of aquatic classes like Aqua Zuma, Hydro-Fit, Poolates (it’s Pilates - in the pool), Hydro-Power, and Joint Effort. There is something for everyone.

Gentle on Joints, Build Tough Muscles
When working out in water, the water will support your body. You’ll burn calories, but not hurt after a workout from muscle and joint pain. Water aerobics is a great solution for those who suffer from chronic pain or are recovering from an injury.
Water Pressure Helps the Heart
When submerged in water, your heart does not have to work as hard to circulate the blood in your body. The water pressure helps move the blood in your body, making exercising in the water easy on your heart.
Increased Range of Motion
On land, our range of motion is often decreased due to gravity. Until we have the strength and flexibility to lift and hold limbs, aquatic aerobics is a wonderful way to train for increased mobility.
