Volleyball Leagues, Play & Clinics
The activities required when playing volleyball strengthen the upper body, arms, shoulders, thighs, abdominals, and lower legs. In addition, volleyball improves hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and balance. Last but not least, volleyball is a great social activity. All Club Apple Members can participate in our weekly Drop-in Volleyball games. They’re held from 7-10pm most Wednesday evenings. Or, if you’re looking for more volleyball action . . . Join one of the leagues! We offer Women’s and Co-Ed leagues and they are held throughout the year.
