Fitness Foundry

Your workouts will sizzle this Summer in our new outdoor fitness area, the Fitness Foundry. It's like muscle beach, only better!

This one-of-a-kind, member only, outdoor workout area features power rack cages, dumbbells, TRX straps, kettlebells, tire flip, battle ropes, turf track, push/pull “TANK”, barbells, Olympic bars, bumper plates, landmine, and more. Perfect for cross-training workouts, this area is meant to provide you with a more intense workout experience.

Open 6am-10pm Mon-Sat and 11am-7pm Sunday. A few hours are reserved for PT. See Fitness Foundry hours on the class schedule or on the sign on the Foundry entrance for details.

Cross Training 45

Ready for a CRAZY FUN workout? Then you've got to try Cross Training 45!

Held outside in the new Fitness Foundry, this brand new class is a full-body workout in only 45 minutes. We'll utilize trx straps, dumbells, kettlebells, jump stands, battle ropes, and more. AND this class is included with your club membership!

 

Xpress training

Get In. Get Fit. Get on with Life. XPress group training is a brand new trainer-led program designed by our best and brightest Personal Trainers: Tami Cole, Stacey Christensen, and Julie Haddon. With 20 years each in the fitness industry, they've learned what clients want and need in order for them to succeed in reaching their health and fitness goals. XPress Training is the result!

XPress incorporates everything you need in every action packed session; strength training, cardio intervals, flexibility moves and essential nutritional guidance. It's a mega fast workout, held 4 days each week. Available in either 30 or 40 minute sessions and it’s less than $10/session.

 

FITWALL

The Fitwall is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout led by some of Club Apple's top personal trainers. It’s a completely new way to exercise, saving you time and money. Fitwall cuts your gym time in half but can double your results. Using the proven technology of vertical training, decompression, and global muscular recruitment, Fitwall targets 200+ muscles in one 30-minute workout.
