Types of Yoga Offered at Club apple

At Club Apple, we offer a variety of yoga disciplines that promote different wellness benefits. Whether you want to increase strength, restore muscle flexibility, balance, or flow, there is something for everyone. Included with your Club Apple membership are Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Gentle, Stretch, Power, or Active & Fit yoga which is specifically designed for seniors or those new to fitness.

 

What’s the difference between all of these yoga practices?

The difference between vinyasa yoga and hatha yoga is speed. Vinyasa yoga and hatha yoga use almost all of the same poses, but hatha yoga takes it slower, allowing you to get a deeper stretch. Restorative practice yoga is curated to help you recover from a hard workout or even a very stressful week.
