Why Boxing?

Throughout the last 50 years, multiple studies have shown that “intense “forced” exercise may be neuroprotective.” According to the organization, Rock Steady Boxing, due to boxing’s nature of fast-paced and controlled movements, consistent exercising can slow the progression of the disease.
