All SO fun, helpful, motivating, and strong! Since I started my journey @theclubapple I have lost a grand total of 61 POUNDS!!! SHHHEEESSHHH!! 18 more to go!!! One of the best parts!? I am so sad to be in the last week of my WOW class. It’s been so amazing. Kandyce Ausen Powell is such a wonderful teacher and supporter. I have learned so much about the food I put into my body and the difference it will make. One of the biggest helps was tracking. I know it can be tedious and most people don’t like it. But it showed me how much I was overeating when I thought I was doing well. I was wrong! Tracking has been so helpful to me. I love working out and wasn’t ever seeing a difference. In WOW, I learned how much a good diet can change your body with the right exercise. It’s definitely a lifestyle change! I can still eat a cookie or celebrate my birthday. Just make good choices regularly and don’t overeat your daily calories. I am excited to continue with my new lifestyle and see where it takes me.
