Cloey Story
Level II Trainer - ACE Certified
I certified as a Group Fitness Instructor in 2019 and joined the Club Apple Staff. I regularly teach High Fitness, Surge Fit, Surge Strength, and Cardio Fuse. Then in 2023, I expanded my fitness career and certified with the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer, and quickly joined the Club Apple Personal Training Staff, too.

Edie Watson
A few years after High School she found herself 30 lbs. heavier and began her weight loss journey. She earned her Nutrition Coach Certificate through NASM in May 2019. She earned her Certified Personal Trainer certificate from NASM in 2020. She is currently pursuing a degree in nutrition. Edie grew up in Idaho Falls and outside of the gym she enjoys camping, swimming, hosting BBQs.
Courtney Waldron
Courtney has earned her ACE Personal Trainer certification. Through her participation in activities like CrossFit, power-lifting, and Spartan races, she has gained a lot of knowledge from constant independent study and research. Originally she joined us as a Personal Trainer in 2019 but took a break to pursue a career in the medical field. She has rejoined our PT team and is one of the Coaches in our Ultimate Loser Challenge. We’re excited to have her back!
Shannaray Ryan
Shannaray is ACE Certified in Personal Training, Group Fitness and Fitness Boxing. She is a Level 4 Trainer with 14+ years of experience and is one of our top WOW (Women’s Only Weight Loss) Trainers.
When she first started on her journey to better health, she lost 75 lbs. and gained lean weight in only 12 months. When she isn’t at the Club, she’s a proud momma of 7 amazing kids.
Brandon Piper
Brandon has a desire to help people fight obesity and he believes strongly in the correlation between mind and exercise. He has been in the training industry since 2010 and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and is PT Certified by N.A.S.M. He has experience in rehab therapy and can help clients find a love for all types of fitness.
Athena Fowler

Rustelle Ashbocker
Rustelle earned her degree in Recreation Management and is certified by A.C.E. She loves helping women lose weight and get fit and is one of our Women’s Only Weight Loss (WOW) program trainers.
Karen Wallis
Karen is a Barre Instructor here at the club. She is a former athlete who fell into sedentary living and made the decision to overcome emotional eating. She began taking group exercise classes and ultimately fell in love with weight training. She went on to certify as a personal trainer so she could pass along her love for fitness on to others.
Lynda Meissner
My professional fitness career began in 2001 at “Lady Apple” teaching cardio classes. My fitness adventures now include water aerobics, yoga and STOTT Pilates. I believe that my background in counseling and nursing contribute positively to my role as a fitness provider. I am convinced that healthy living is best achieved through balance and moderation in all areas of our lives.
Evelyn Williams
Evelyn attended ISU on an academic scholarship and graduated “Highest Honors” with a B.S Health Education Degree. She is Certified as an Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine and has been a Personal Trainer and Group X instructor since 2000.
Rachel Barton
Rachel has been teaching group fitness classes for almost a decade. She helped bring High Fitness and Barre to Idaho Falls and Club Apple and has since added Cardio Fuse. In addition to obtaining her AFAA Group Fitness certification, she has trained in numerous fitness formats including STOTT Pilates Mat and Reformer. She is a busy mom to 5 kids and also loves being involved in musical theater.
Diane Lutz
Diane comes to us from Colorado. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. Her certification is from the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Test Technologist. She has worked with People of all ages and is looking forward to helping you meet your goals.
Julie Haddon
Julie’s fitness journey started many years ago after having four children and gaining 70 lbs each pregnancy. Since then she’s achieved certifications in PowerCut, Kick Boxing, Zumba, Spinning, and is an ACE certified Trainer. She has taught classes on nutrition at Club Apple and in the community. She is currently an XPress training Coach and teaches Powercut group exercise classes.
Jeremy Hebard
In 1990 Jeremy started Martial Arts training as he wanted a form of Mind, Body & Spirit exercise. He is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Master Instructor in Martial Arts with over 17,000 hours in instructing others. He enjoys working with people of all ages to help them succeed and believes a healthy lifestyle is possible for everyone; you just have to make the choice.
Stacey Christenson
Stacey earned her Physical Therapy Assistant license in 1998 and has been a Certified Club Apple Group Exercise Instructor since 2002. She is one of our XPress Trainers and an Ultimate Loser Challenge Coach. Stacey is one of the most popular group fitness instructors at the club. She has also led the IFHS Tigerette cheer team and won Idaho State Cheer Coach of the Year 2020-2021.
Josh Reeder
Josh is a graduate of ISU with a Bachelor’s in Health Education and a Master’s in Public Health. He is an ACE certified personal trainer. Josh can help anyone reach their fitness goals and has trained a wide variety of clientele from those who are just beginning exercise to athletes training for competition. He excels in training people who have special needs like injuries or chronic diseases.
Aaron Schow
Aaron is a Idaho State University Grad in P.E. & Fitness Leadership. He is certified C.S.C.S by the National Strength & Conditioning Association. He has 24 years & 50,000 hours paid personal training experience. Aaron is a drug-free Pro Bodybuilder. He also achieved 2016 & 2023 Best in State Crossfit Masters. He is passionate about health, fitness, and helping others reach full potential through fitness.
Lisa Morton
Lisa is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a BA in Exercise Kinesiology. She was a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader from 2002-2007 and has been with us since 2008. She is one of only 2 fully certified STOTT Pilates trainers in Idaho. Lisa is the Director of both our Fitwall training program and our Women's Only Weight Loss (WOW) programs. She is also a MELT Method certified trainer.
Tami Cole
Tami has been in the fitness industry since 1996 and is ACE certified in Group Exercise, Personal Training and is the Director of our Mind & Body Studio. She is Certified in STOTT Pilates and trains in Mat and Reformer. Tami is also one of the Coaches in our Ultimate Loser Weight Loss Challenge. She enjoys running, cycling, strength training, yoga, and all things fitness.
Robby Denning
Robby started with the Club in the late 1980’s. He was a trainer for 14 years before advancing to the Director of Personal Training. He is ACE certified and enjoys seeing the Trainers and Club members engage in the life-changing transformations that fitness and weight-loss can bring about.
